Whilst all care is taken in wrapping and shipping your book, if you find your goods have been damaged in delivery, please contact us at hello@onegoatpublishing.com within 7 days of receiving your goods describing the problem with a picture. Refunds are assessed on a case by case basis.
We do not refund or exchange digital products or stickers.
